Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant, even if he/she will sit on my lap? Everyone, regardless of age and infants and toddlers, must have a ticket to be admitted to the theatre. We ask parents not to bring infants and very young children (under age 6) to performances unless the performances are specifically programmed for them.
I have lost my tickets, will the Box Office print me new ones? The Admiral Theatre will gladly re-print your tickets should they be lost or stolen. A $4 processing fee per ticket will be charged upon re-print.
I can't make it to a show, may I return my tickets for a refund? The Admiral Theatre has a no returns or exchanges policy on all ticket sales. If you are unable to attend a performance, your unused tickets may be returned to the Admiral Theatre Ticket Office as a tax-deductible contribution. In order to receive credit for the donation, tickets must be returned to the Admiral Theatre Ticket Office 24 hours prior to the performance.
