With nearly 20 years expertise in traditional French cuisine, catering and fine dining, Chef Ness and the Admiral's professional kitchen staff prepare culinary delights that will please even the most discerning palate.

Our menu includes fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and Northwest favorites like wild-caught Pacific Salmon, and our signature slow-roasted Black Angus Prime Rib dinner.
