Admiral Theatre Executive Chef Ted Ness (below) has revolutionized our cabaret-style dinner theatre service since coming to the Admiral in 2013.

Chef Ness apprenticed under Master French Chef Gerard Parrat at Gerard's Relais de Lyon in Bothell, WA.

With 18 years expertise in traditional French cuisine, catering and fine dining, Chef Ness prepares culinary delights to please even the most discerning palate.

Our menu includes a selection of fine dining and homestyle entrees such as hand carved Black Angus Prime Rib, BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Fettuccini Carbonara with Andouille Sausage, fresh wild Pacific Salmon poached in white wine, lemon and butter, hand cut and dipped Tempura Cod & Chips, Crispy Bacon Mac & Cheese with smoked Gouda and aged Cheddar cheeses, and a variety of healthy salads and decadent desserts. Menus are tailored for each show and no reservations are needed!

Master Mixologist Carol Larson crafts traditional and specialty cocktails, and curates one of the Northwest's finest selections of beer, wine and liquor for your enjoyment.
