Growing up in the O’Connor musical household, Christmas time was a wondrous mixture of Christmas carols and traditional American music - and that is the spirit of Mark O’Connor’s critically acclaimed album, “An Appalachian Christmas.” In this eagerly anticipated live show, the Grammy-winning fiddler shares songs from, and inspired by, the hills and hollows of Appalachia.

Golden Parmesan and Panko-Crusted Chicken breast stuffed with a delicious mix of Spinach and Four Cheeses. Topped with a Creamed Leek and Smoked Gouda Cheese Sauce and Shredded Cheeses, and served with Toasted Orzo Rice Pilaf and Fresh Steamed Vegetables tossed in Butter and Fresh Basil.

Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad - $19
Fresh Pacific Salmon Fillet seasoned with Cajun spices and seared to seal in the flavor. Served atop a bed of Crisp Romaine Lettuce tossed with our special Caesar Dressing, Homestyle Croutons and Parmesan Cheese along with Grilled Garlic French Bread.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Wild Mushrooms - $17
Classic Alfredo Cream Sauce with Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Cheese tossed with Tender Fettuccine Noodles and Sautéed Wild Mushrooms. Served with Shaved Parmesan, Scallions and Grilled Garlic French Bread.
