Enjoy our slow roasted Certified Angus Beef cooked to perfection, splashed with au jus and served with horseradish cream. The Admiral's au gratin potatoes with leeks and cheese pairs well and the fresh carrots sautéed with fresh tarragon, honey and butter make this a crowd pleaser every time.

Tempura Cod & Chips  $17
We cut by hand Pacific True Cod and quickly fry lightly coated in tempura batter for crispness. Enjoy with our Jicama cole slaw and seasoned fries. served with tartar sauce, lemon wedges and malt vinegar.

Classic COBB Salad  $18
Smoked chicken, black olives, crispy bacon and blue cheese crumbles adorn a bed of fresh gourmet greens and romaine lettuce. Hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber, and our Roquefort-style dressing complete this classic salad. Served with grilled garlic french bread.

Tortellini Con Pesto  $18
Cheese stuffed Tortellini tossed with sautéed onions, zucchini, mushrooms and bell peppers deliciously coated in a basil pesto cream sauce with parmesan cheese. Served with grilled garlic french bread.
