Created in association with the world-famous Cirque Eloize company, The New Chinese Acrobats represent the next step in the evolution of acrobatic companies from the East. Mixing new techniques and acts with ancient traditions, The New Chinese Acrobats present the opportunity to view the best of China’s ancient folk art, mixed with the style and virtuosity of today’s generation.

With performers selected from across China for their high-level acrobatic skills and innovative staging, the show includes award-winning acts from prestigious circus festivals such as Monte Carlo Circus Festival and World Circus Festival of Paris.

Our new charcuterie boards offer a seasonal assortment of gourmet cured meats, cheeses, sliced baguette, grapes, and marcona almonds. Served with stone ground mustard.

Tempura Cod & Chips $19
Hand cut Pacific True Cod coated lightly in tempura batter and fried quickly for crispness. Served with crispy seasoned fries, jicama coleslaw, tartar sauce, lemon wedges, and malt vinegar.

Admiral Cheeseburger Sliders $19
Two all-beef sliders cooked to perfection and topped with Tillamook cheddar, grilled onions, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and burger sauce. Served with crispy seasoned fries.

Blackened Salmon Caesar Salad $19
Fresh pacific salmon fillet seasoned with cajun spices and seared to seal in the flavor. Served atop a bed of crisp romaine lettuce tossed with our special caesar dressing, homestyle croutons and parmesan cheese along with grilled garlic french bread.

Bremerton's world-famous McGavin's Bakery makes its Admiral Theatre debut with their classic Pink Champagne Cake. Traditional moist white cake layered between McGavin's champagne filling with a light and airy pink champagne icing. McGavin’s Pink Champagne Cake has been the quintessential Bremerton dessert for more than 50 years - and now it takes center stage on the Admiral Theatre’s dessert menu.

Sparkman Hallelujah Port Wine $14
Aged for 22 months in 25% new French oak. Almost impenetrably black in color, with great balance and length, Hallelujah is hedonistic, balanced, rich and nuanced. The nose is loaded with orange liqueur, raisins, exotic flowers and cedar leading to silky flavors of licorice, blackberry, cherry, caramel, cinnamon, bittersweet chocolate and tobacco.
